We are currently involved in the design/build processon a 300,000 SF medical campus, 92,000 SF skilled nursing facility, 90-unit and 84-unit low-income housingproject, and a solar energy project in Riverside County.

Brett, President, is a graduate of California Western School of Law, where he specialized in Construction and Real Estate Development and Financing. As head of The Sun Group's legal department, Brett handles all legal and governmental matters. In addition, Brett has the management experience and field knowledge necessary to monitor the effective progress of current development and construction projects. |
Merton Isaacman |
Mert is the Vice President of The Sun Group and serves as the principal in charge of each of the projects from inception to the grand opening. He has been involved in the building industry for over 30 years and has developed and contracted on a wide range of projects ranging from single and multifamily projects to roads, bridges, and office/retail buildings. His proven talents in fiscal planning, market analysis, contracts, construction management, budgeting, and problem solving give the Company the direct "hands on" experience so essential for the maintenance of timely and successful projects. | |
Ken O'Leary |
Ken serves as a key project manager in the Costa Mesa office handling the many critical administrative matters that impact the project schedule, including project feasibility, market studies, financing, entitlements, construction estimating, contracts, and addressing any and all important issues that arise during the development and construction process. Ken has over a decade of experience in development and construction of residential and commercial properties. | |
John Babbitt |
John brings an enormous wealth of knowledge to each of his projects and earns respect from all the trades because of his proven experience and his over two decades multi-family construction industry, including condominiums and apartments. John currently serves as a project manager for a 37-unit apartment complex in Los Angeles and is responsible for all day-to-day activities with an eye to the schedule and budget at all times. |
